The Third Quarter Sales Conference of Beijing Jinde Chuangye Control Technology Co., Ltd. was held in Gaobeidian 
 

On the morning of October 14, 2020, the Third Quarter Sales Conference of Beijing Jinde Chuangye Control Technology Co., Ltd. was held in Gaobeidian. The general manager, regional directors, marketing managers and regional sales personnel of the company attended the conference. 

 

The conference was presided over by Li Xunmian, Manager of Marketing Department. First of all, Sun Jianhua, General Manager of the company, made a work report, briefly described the performance of the regional personnel, analyzed the existing problems at the present stage, determined the future product direction of the company, and formulated the sales performance indicators for the next quarter.  The brilliant report of General Sun, with a high-level view and detailed data, was given with the presentation. He affirmed the achievements of all, points out problems, put forward requirements and inspired our morale. Next, Li Xumian, Manager of Marketing Department, made a speech on equity, introduced the relevant knowledge of equity to the participants and told various dividend ways.  Next, the regional sales personnel make the report in turn, and the leaders present comment on it.  After that, Li Xunmian, Manager of Marketing Department, made a personal report.  At last, Mr. Sun made comments and summary. 

 

On the 15th, experienced sales personnel trained the participants in the application of products in related industries, and then the marketing manager trained the participants in blast furnace burden level related products. 

 

On 16th, the marketing specialist trained CRM reporting system, and then the Manager of Technology Department trained the company's products, and went down to the workshop to actually watch the structure of the products and how to install and debug the products.  The conference was successfully concluded on the afternoon of the 16th.
