What's worse, some people totally ignored the laws and morals of the country, marked the Limaco instrument model on the counterfeit instruments, and even sold the fake products in the market openly.

Beijing Jinde Chuangye Control Technology Co., Ltd. is the official exclusive distributor of Russian LIMACO Co., Ltd. It has the sole right to sell ULM series radar level meters produced by LIMACO company in China.  

LIMACO entrusts Beijing Jinde Chuangye Control Technology Co., Ltd. to officially register the trademarks of Limaco and LIMACO in China. It is illegal for anyone or enterprise to use the trademarks without authorization. Once verified, we will use legal weapons to crack down on them. 

Beijing Jinde Chuangye Control Technology Co., Ltd. provides the Limaco genuine instrument with formal factory certificate when it leaves the factory, so that the owner can verify and check the fake.  At the same time, the owners can use the power of attorney issued by Jinde company to prove that the "agent" or "individual" is responsible for the bidding, signing, operation and maintenance of LIMACO radar level meter and radar level meter in the project.  If there is no authorization certificate, the product is suspected of counterfeiting.  

Any unauthorized project is private marketing behavior. Our company will not be responsible for the quality problems and after-sales service problems of LIMACO instrument products purchased by the owner from agents or intermediaries not authorized by our company and other sales platforms.

If the middleman or agent deceives the owner and intentionally attaches the unqualified instrument with a false certificate of conformity, it constitutes an illegal fact that the unqualified product is pretended to be a qualified product  The sellers should be investigated for their administrative and criminal responsibilities; the sellers should also bear the liability of warranty for defects; If the product has a quality accident and causes personal and property damage to others, the violator shall also bear the corresponding tort compensation liability.
