BEIJING JINDE CHUANGYE WAS INVITED TO ATTEND THE 13TH CEMENT TECHNOLOGY EXCHANGE SUMMIT IN 2020

The 13th Cement Technology Exchange Summit hosted by Cement Magazine, China Building Materials Technical Library and Institute of Technical Information for Building Materials Industry of China was successfully held in Futang Zhongzhou International Hotel, Nanyang City, Henan Province from December 16th to 18th, 2020. More than 500 people attended the summit, including more than 300 representatives from cement plants and grinding stations, and about 200 representatives from technical equipment enterprises, scientific research institutes and universities. Our company was invited to attend the conference.

In 2012, our company introduced Russian Limaco terahertz industrial radar level meter, which can provide accurate level information to customers under low temperature, high temperature, high dust and other harsh conditions; we have also cooperated to develop high-end products such as multi-point scanning 3D radar level scanner and 3D scanning robot with patented technology; these products are widely used in raw meal silo, homogenization silo, clinker silo, cement bunker, coal storage and so on. It can not only accurately display the highest material level, the lowest material level, the average material level, volume and mass, but also synchronously display the real material surface shape and material surface change in real time by image. It realizes the transformation from single point detection to multi-point scanning and from object level detection to volume imaging.

Li Jun, the regional director of our company, gave a lecture entitled the Application of LIMACO UHF Radar and 3D Radar Level Scanner in Cement Industry at the conference, showing our customers the accurate level measurement of LIMAC radar series products under complex working conditions in a detailed way.. He also introduced the revolutionary development of 3D radar level scanner in solid material level detection in detail from the aspects of principle to function. 3D product promotional videos brought the participants a very intuitive and shocking product experience. 3D radar level scanner and supporting measurement system also brought participants a more advanced and convenient solution for level monitoring and inventory measurement. 


Our company displayed LIMACO radar ULM—11A1, ULM—31A1, 3D radar level scanner and other products at the exhibition booth. The guests of the exhibition learned about our products through the presentation. During the conference, many of them came to consult our company about our products. Our participants went all out to answer their questions one by one, and many of them developed strong interest in our 3D radar level scanner.Most questions revolve around the performance of 3D radar level scanners, their measurement range, and their ability to output volume or mass data. At present, many cement enterprises are in urgent need of accurate measurement and control of materials, but there have been no suitable products in the market before. Our 3D radar level scanner just makes up for the gap in this field, making it possible to accurately measure and inventory solid materials in real time.
